About
Longshaw Advisory was founded in Q1 2025 when I, Nuala, hit the 20-year-career mark spent as a national journalist, in-house, and in-agency as a communications, marketing and public relations professional working across Africa, Central Asia Europe and the GCC region.
Operating from Sheffield, South Yorkshire and London, UK, I team up with people and businesses doing incredible things: Startups leaving incubation to change the world (and the accelerators helping them to do it), established growth organisations prioritising communications for investors, and critical companies that have operated for more than 100 years, leading in sectors our world depends upon.
I’m not a web designer. I’m not a growth hacker. I don’t fall for those ‘do it all’ claims we are all tired of. I’m not all things to all people and neither are you.
I’m great at getting your messaging right and making sure the correct press, investors, potential investors and your stakeholders understand why and how you’re changing the world. I’m also great at helping ensure you understand, then maximise, the intelligence your work depends upon.
